Overview

Stated Mechanism
Members submit investment proposals through a defined process:
1. Create a vote. 2. Add the contract address of the token to be acquired. 3. Write a thesis setting out the case for investment. 4. Select the share of the treasury to be committed, up to a maximum of five per cent. 5. Submit the proposal for a vote.
Members then vote for or against. A proposal requires at least seventy-five per cent approval to pass.
Assessment
The five per cent per-position cap and the high approval threshold are presented as risk controls, limiting both single-position exposure and the ability of a narrow majority to direct treasury funds. The three per cent tax funds the treasury on an ongoing basis.
Risk Considerations
