Overview
Governance Bob is a Solana token built around a single joke taken seriously: a governance system, modelled on Solana validator governance, whose only purpose is to decide what a dog named Bob looks like. Every proposal is a change to the meme itself, and any proposal that passes is applied permanently to the artwork.

Mechanic
Bob begins as an ordinary Shiba-style dog. Holders submit and vote on proposals that alter him, and each accepted change is locked in, so the mascot accumulates edits over time as a record of what the community voted for. The appeal is that the token holds a live, mutating artefact rather than a fixed image.

Lesson
Interactive tokens where holders can visibly change the asset give a reason to stay engaged beyond price alone. The mechanic works while proposals keep passing; once voting slows, the novelty and the attention tend to fade together.
